...  my 12-week online fitness programs, designed around my personal workouts based on the essence of Mind-Muscle Connection (MMC). I’ve created 3 programs targeting different levels of ability and fitness, for you to either perform at home or at the gym.

You simply opt into the level you feel is right for your ability and fitness goals, either from ‘beginner’, ‘intermediate’ or ‘advanced’. And then choose the meal plan that suits your lifestyle and goals. We have 4 dietary options including: Regular, Vegan, Veggie and Pescatarian. You can also use the macro-calculator to help your plan your nutrition.

BEGINNER.

If you’re a newbie and just starting out. You may not know what many of my exercises are called, but you want to get started on your fitness journey following a simple yet effective program. This is ideal if you want to tone-up whilst working to perfect your form.

You’ve been working out for over three months and you’re ready to step up your commitment and routine. You may have worked out in the past, but you may have had a few years off as this happens when life gets in the way. This is the idea program to get you back in shape.

You’ve been working out consistently for years. You may have plateaued or just want to set a new goal that scares you slightly.You are body and mind ready for a new challenge and you want to experience a new, creative and most importantly, sustainable way of working out.

WHAT DO I GET
WHEN I ENROLL INTO CRUSH IT?

  • Enroll when you are ready to start the program and you’ll get immediate access to train with me in the CRUSH IT member zone. You’ll continue to have access for the next 12 weeks.
  • You can pause your program at any time should you need to.
  • You’ll be able to view your workout plan and videos, your weekly meal plan, shopping list guide and all the recipes.
  • We’ve done the hard work for you, so you just follow the nutrition plan. This includes weekly meal plans, recipes and shopping list guide. Use the macro-calculator to adjust your personal goals.
  • Once enrolled, you'll get access to my private Facebook group where we can connect, and I can answer questions on your progress. Stay motivated and connected with the rest of the crew, and let’s work together to crush your fitness goals!

  • I’ve designed all 3 levels of CRUSH IT for you to either perform at home or at the gym. You just need your body weight, resistance bands and dumbbells.
  • All the workout videos, my tips, meal plans and recipes are online, so you’ll just need your mobile, laptop or tablet with an internet connection.
  • At the end of your 12-week membership you’ll receive an eBook of the workouts so you can continue to CRUSH IT!
  • I'm also working on the design of my own resistance bands and these will be available soon.
