My goal is to help you make fitness a sustainable and core part of your life. It’s a journey I’ve been on for many years and I’ve now collaborated with fitness & nutrition professionals from around the globe to bring you my CRUSH IT and CrusHIIT programs.

Fitness for me is daily therapy. It goes beyond short-term challenges, New Year resolutions and bikini season! It’s an integral part of my life that has truly transformed me from the outside in. AND I’m sharing all this with you in my programs, including one of the most important components, the power of Mind-Muscle Connection (MMC) in maximizing results.

I’ve designed all 3 levels of CRUSH IT for you to either perform at home or at the gym. You just need your body weight, resistance bands and dumbbells.

All the workout videos, my tips, meal plans and recipes are online, so you’ll just need your mobile, laptop or tablet with an internet connection.

As soon as you enroll you get access to the exclusive CRUSH IT member zone, so you are able to train with me immediately! Start the program when you are ready, after which you will have access to it for the next 12-weeks. There's a 'pause' button should you need some time off, as we don't want you to miss out!

You’ll be able to view your workout plan and videos, your weekly meal plan, shopping list guide and all the recipes.

In your workout modules you can record the number of reps and weights. You can also mark off a set as complete, so you never get lost!

In your nutrition module you get access to all 4 levels; 1200 kcal, 1400 kcal, 1600 kcal, 1800 kcal allowing you to change should you need to. The recipe library also gives you access to all 4 CRUSH IT diets: regular, vegan, veggie and pescatarian. You also get access to the macro-calcultor so you

The 12-week CRUSH IT program costs $99. It’s a one-time cost and there are no on-going contracts or additional fees.

Yes! CRUSH IT is totally online so available anywhere where there’s Internet access!

Unfortunately not, and we wouldn’t recommend it anyway, as each program has been specifically designed to take you through a 12-week fitness journey. Over the weeks, as you train with me, we build on the workouts as you get stronger and develop your mind-muscle connection.

Depending on which CRUSH IT program you choose, you will be training between 4-6 days per week, some days will be easier than others, with active rest days included as well (I recommend that you move daily, even if it’s a brisk walk. This creates a habit of movement). This is a guide we set for optimal results and recommend that you allocate around 1 hour per day for exercise.

We are aware that this may be more than what you are used to or it may mean juggling a busy schedule so we encourage you just to do the best that you can. It’s about keeping active and making exercise a sustainable part of your everyday life for the long term.

Your safety is our first concern, and part of our enrollment process is that you seek advice from your health care professional before embarking on an exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing injuries or conditions. They will give you a recommendation as to which exercises to avoid and which ones you can perform safely.

CRUSH IT is all about creating a sustainable and healthy relationship with food and exercise.

When you enroll you simply choose the level of daily calorie allowance that will enable your body to maintain its weight or drop weight if that’s your goal.  If you don’t want to lose weight, your Meal Plan will have a higher daily calorie allowance, to ensure you don’t. And because you have access to all 4 levels; 1200 kcal, 1400 kcal, 1600 kcal, 1800 kcal you can change your daily calorie level should you need to. The recipe library also gives you access to all 4 CRUSH IT diets: regular, vegan, veggie and pescatarian.

We’ve developed a simple calculator that you’ll find during the enrollment process. Fill in a few questions and you’ll be told the best calorie option for you. Remember you get access to all 4 calorie options so you can change at any stage of your journey.

Yes, our nutrition professionals have ensured that each calorie level has a sufficient mix of protein, carbs and healthy fats.

When it comes to alcohol, we’d love for you to try and limit your alcoholic drinks to two standard drinks per week. Alcohol can weaken your resolve, and it also contains calories, so try to savor and enjoy those two drinks!

CRUSH IT is designed to be sustainable and fit in with your lifestyle, and going out for dinner, celebrations and other events are a part of life. Stay mindful about your portions and make good choices most of the time, a night out is not going to sabotage your good work, so don’t feel guilty – enjoy your night!
